How good is MacBusiness support?

 
Our support staff are outstanding. You won’t be talking to a call centre when you phone MacBusiness, but to technical experts who use the products every day, and in many cases, developed them.

When is support available?

 
Our help desk is open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

How is support charged?

 
We keep an account open for you, accumulate the amount of support time used during the month, and email an invoice at the end of the month with payment by the 20th of the following month.

How much does it cost?

  
Our charge rate is $145/hr + GST, for all products.

Is there a flat fee/subscription option?

 
 We do not provide a flat fee or subscription option.

What about quotes for support?

 
We provide quotes for significant development work, but not for support. We will provide estimates if it is apparent a significant amount of time, e.g. more than an hour, will be required to resolve a problem.
