How is support charged?
We keep an account open for you, accumulate the amount of support time used during the month, and email an invoice at the end of the month with payment by the 20th of the following month.
What about quotes for support?
We provide quotes for significant development work, but not for support. We will provide estimates if it is apparent a significant amount of time, e.g. more than an hour, will be required to resolve a problem.
